Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Roll Up Door Product Line
Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations for the roll up door product line by receiving, organizing, and issuing materials, as well as moving finished goods to shipping. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials for the roll up door product line, including unloading trucks and verifying received items.
Place materials into proper storage locations in an organized and logical manner to support efficient warehouse operations.
Issue materials to manufacturing in a timely manner to keep roll up door production lines supplied and running smoothly.
Move completed materials and finished products from manufacturing areas to the shipping department.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the facility.
Perform inventory cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
Participate in full physical inventories and assist with inventory control activities as needed.
Use RF scanners or RF scan guns to perform picking, packing, and inventory management tasks.
Pick and pack orders accurately, including labeling and preparing products for shipment.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks and staging shipments.
Support other warehouse and plant areas as needed, including shipping other products when required.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse and facility, following all housekeeping and safety guidelines.
Perform general labor tasks related to production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Follow all safety procedures while lifting, moving, and handling materials, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
Ability to safely operate forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, with forklift driving required for the role.
Experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.

Hands-on experience with inventory control, inventory management, and warehouse inventory processes.
Proficiency in order picking, stocking, and warehouse shipping activities.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as a regular part of the job.
High School diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a shipping/receiving clerk or in a warehouse logistics role.
Experience in material handling for manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with packing, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse forklift equipment.
Comfort with general labor tasks in a production or warehouse setting.
Basic data entry skills to support inventory control and shipping documentation.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse and plant setting supporting the roll up door product line. You will work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing a consistent daytime schedule. The role involves frequent use of forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment. You will regularly perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, loading and unloading trucks, and moving materials throughout the facility. The warehouse environment emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and safety, with an expectation that you help keep work areas neat and orderly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
