About the Courier Role

Join our dynamic team as a Courier. A courier's job involves the pick-up, transport and delivery of packages and/or documents quickly and securely between offices and departments within the Bank and the Post Office. They must load, unload and sort and deliver goods/mail based on the intended delivery location.

Key Responsibilities

Safe pick-up and delivery of mail, office supplies, packages, etc.

Interacts and communicates with various Bank employees.

Operates the mail machine.

Reviews, fulfills and delivers supply order requests.

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.

Effective verbal communication skills.

Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.

Ability to work well independently and in groups.

Schedule

Full-time position; Monday - Friday, based on assigned route. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: Majority (90%) of working hours are spent traveling to and delivering to locations throughout the northeastern branch network. Company vehicle provided. Valid and clean driver's license required.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 25 pounds.
