This position supports the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) Consolidations team. LPSD provides exciting opportunities for accountants who want to be challenged and directly involved in business decision-making within a fast-paced, innovative, and growing global organization.

This role provides Financial Planning & Analysis support, partnering closely with the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC), Administrative, and Human Resources teams. The position plays a key role in coordinating financial reporting processes, managing system-related activities, and delivering business insights through both financial and non-financial metrics.

What You Will Do:

Act as a trusted advisor, providing Financial Planning & Analysis support to the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC) team and LPSD Human Resources team

Support headcount, period cost, and non-financial metric reporting for LPSD

Coordinate financial reporting system processes, including monthly financial analysis submissions and quarterly and annual forecast submissions

Facilitate SEC and division compliance surveys and reporting for LPSD

Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance business insights

Participate in special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed

What You Have:

Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree.

Summary Pay Range:

$81,370.00 - $122,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
