About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant , you will directly support the Controller Vice President and leadership team-serving as a trusted partner in managing schedules, communications, and critical business operations. Your organizational expertise and proactive mindset will help leadership stay focused, efficient, and prepared in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Location: Littleton/Waterton, CO (Hybrid - approx. 2 days onsite per week)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift (4/10 schedule)

Pay Rate: $33.00 - $44.00 per hour

Contract Duration: June 15, 2026 - May 14, 2027

What You'll Do

Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders

Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries and process expense reports

Handle correspondence, communications, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion

Coordinate conference rooms, virtual meetings, and technology (VTC, Teams, etc.)

Maintain office operations including supplies, shipments, and organization

Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges

Support business rhythm activities and assist with special projects or initiatives

Provide occasional support outside standard hours when urgent business needs arise

Collaborate with other administrative professionals across a distributed team

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives (C-level preferred)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Demonstrated experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Experience working with office technology and troubleshooting basic issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting teams in RMS or Lockheed Martin environments

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate leadership needs

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $33.00 to $44.00 per hour
