Summary Description:

· The Intern will provide valuable support to key organizational functions within their assigned department. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, helping interns develop industry knowledge, communication skills, and professional growth. Interns will be placed in a specific department based on their interests, skills, and business needs, where they will assist with various projects, process improvements, and day-to-day activities. The internship will last between 3 to 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Essential Job Functions:

· Functions will vary based on department placement but may include:

o Supply Chain & Logistics: Analyze inventory management, warehousing operations, and distribution planning to enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

· Learns organizational processes and procedures. Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records.

· Manage an assigned project focused on continuous improvement within the department.

· Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

· Maintain documentation, reports, and logs relevant to the internship function.

· Shadow experienced professionals and gain exposure to best practices in beverage manufacturing.

Required Skills:

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

· Interest in business operations and organizational functions within the beverage manufacturing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with other tools is a plus.

· Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

· Flexibility to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support process improvements and contribute to projects.

Education and Experience:

· Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or a related field, depending on the department.

· A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in your declared major.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Ability to work the hours requested by your supervisor and fulfill the required hours set by your university for academic credit (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

· Physical Demands- Continuously standing or walking. Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.

· Visual/Sensory - This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.

· Work environment - Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.

· Mental Stress - There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands.

· Typical Hours: 20 - 29 hours/week

· Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.

Travel Requirements:

· Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.

Physical Requirements:

R = Rarely (0-15%) O = Occasionally (16-45%) F = Frequently (46-100%)
