Perform packing and packaging tasks to prepare products and materials for shipping.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including LTL shipping, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team environment.
Why Work Here?
Employees enjoy a close-knit, community-oriented environment supported by the stability of a larger corporate structure. The organization offers medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401(k) plan, providing a strong foundation for long-term financial and personal well-being. Team members benefit from regular one-on-one reviews focused on contribution, effort, attitude, attendance, and learning, creating a culture of continuous feedback and growth. A robust safety program rewards proactive safety engagement with incentives and recognition. The company invests in employee development through lunch-and-learn trainings and celebrates its workforce with an annual appreciation week and smaller events, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace.
Work Environment
The role is based in an air-conditioned manufacturing and distribution facility, providing a comfortable indoor working environment. You will work as part of a small team of approximately two to three people on site, within a broader local workforce of around 50 employees and a larger extended team. The facility uses sit-down (Yale) forklifts, electric pallet jacks, SAP, and RF scanners as core tools and technologies. The culture emphasizes regular one-on-one reviews instead of annual reviews, with raises tied to contribution, effort, attitude, attendance, and learning rather than being guaranteed. Safety is a high priority, supported by an incentive-based program that rewards employees for reporting near misses or safety concerns. The workplace offers lunch-and-learn training sessions with provided meals, smaller social events such as Super Bowl activities, and an Employee Appreciation Week in early March featuring daily snacks. Dress expectations align with a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment, prioritizing safety and practicality.
