Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

Join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting order fulfillment, inventory, and light assembly. This entry-level role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Label products accurately to ensure proper tracking

Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipping

Receive and process incoming freight into inventory systems

Use RF scanners to track and update inventory

Assist with basic assembly tasks following instructions

Load and unload materials safely

Support inventory counts and stock accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work on your feet and handle materials throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and take on different tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr.
