Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This Warehouse Worker position supports the order picking and distribution of beer, wine, and spirits in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment. You will accurately pick and stage orders using a voice-operated RF system and material handling equipment, while building stable pallets and assisting with shipping, receiving, and delivery preparation. This is a full-time night shift role based on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities
Accurately select and pick orders of beer, wine, and spirits within a warehouse environment using a voice-operated RF device.
Locate products in assigned locations and follow RF-directed instructions to complete each order.
Pick and assemble both components of each order (Pick A and Pick B) and deliver them to designated staging areas as directed by the RF system.
Operate electric pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies to transport products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Build stable, well-structured pallets according to customer specifications and company standards to ensure safe transport.
Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring products are handled carefully and placed in the correct locations.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including staging pallets, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing orders for outbound shipments.
Perform basic inventory tasks such as cycle counts and verifying product quantities and locations when needed.
Use RF scanning equipment to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records of picked and staged orders.
Work carefully around liquor, wine, and beer products, ensuring minimal breakage and maintaining product integrity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following warehouse housekeeping and safety guidelines.
Consistently lift and move products weighing between 25 and 60 pounds while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines, including proper equipment use and safe lifting techniques.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards for order fulfillment.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
At least 6 months of experience working with pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies.
Ability to use RF scanning or voice-operated RF devices for order picking and inventory tracking.
Experience with order picking, packing, and staging pallets in a warehouse environment.
Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks safely and efficiently.
Capability to consistently lift and move 25-60 pounds throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order selection and staging.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals.
Comfort working around and handling liquor, wine, and beer products with care.
Willingness to work full-time night shifts, including Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience preferred.
Experience performing cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a distribution or warehouse setting.
Experience building stable pallets according to customer or carrier requirements.
Ability to operate an electric pallet jack safely and effectively.
Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to completing full-time hours and overtime when needed.
Comfort working in a large distribution environment with temperature-controlled areas.

Work Environment
The role is based on-site in a very large, clean liquor, wine, and beer distribution warehouse in Minneapolis, MN. The facility is heated during the winter, and certain areas are temperature controlled depending on product requirements, including cold storage for items that must remain chilled upon arrival to the customer. You will work a full-time night shift schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM. The environment is fast-paced and involves frequent lifting and movement of cases weighing 25-60 pounds, as well as regular use of electric pallet jacks, two-wheel dollies, and RF scanning equipment. Careful handling of glass bottles and alcoholic beverages is essential to prevent breakage and ensure safety throughout the warehouse.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
