Aerotek is currently hiring for an A&P Technician opening in Bloomington, IL for a General Aviation and Corporate Jet client of ours.

Job Description

Work on a variety of General Aviation (GA) and private jets, including some turboprop aircraft.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aircraft.

Conduct routine, phase, and hourly inspections.

Address and correct discrepancies and pilot-reported issues.

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of and adherence to FAA regulations and 145 Certification standards.

Qualifications

FAA A&P license (currently accepting entry-level and experienced A&P Mechanics)

Work Environment

Work in a newly remodeled, clean hangar. The role primarily follows a Monday to Friday, first-shift schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional weekend work. Our expanding operations into State Farms Hangers offer a modern and busy environment, ensuring ample opportunities for growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
