Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Brand Marketing Specialist to support a global branded merchandise program. This role plays a key part in delivering engaging customer and employee experiences through merchandise, events, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordination and process improvement, and is passionate about creating seamless, high-quality service experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous program optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support.
Coordinate with external distribution and vendor partners to resolve order issues, track shipments, and manage follow-ups.
Partner with stakeholders to intake and execute custom merchandise requests, including gathering requirements, defining scope, and driving project plans through to completion.
Maintain operational program components, including status reporting, calendars, documentation, and action tracking.
Develop and maintain program documentation such as playbooks, templates, process guides, and checklists.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Investigate purchase order discrepancies, determine root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution.
Support planning and coordination of on-site experiences and merchandise activations at events.
Manage limited on-site inventory, including organization, storage, and fulfillment support.
Ensure physical spaces are maintained and prepared for programs, events, and activations.
Day-to-Day Activities
Intake and triage merchandise orders from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment within defined service levels.
Provide consistent updates to requestors on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Maintain tracking reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance and order status.
Support customer service inquiries across internal communication channels.
Assist vendor partners with e-commerce-related support activities.
Organize and manage on-site merchandise inventory and fulfill in-person requests as needed.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or process improvement within a corporate environment.
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality stakeholder experiences.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency.
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with proactive problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and contribute positively to team culture.
Additional Information
Hybrid work environment with a requirement for regular on-site presence.
Role includes coordination of physical inventory and occasional lifting (up to approximately 35 lbs).
Opportunities to contribute to special projects and program scaling initiatives may be available.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
