How you will contribute
You will:
Manage the flow of all pallets into and out of the network, including budget management and process optimization
Develop process and governance for cart tracking and management
Develop productivity systems to monitor the effectiveness of projects, measuring current productivity and efficiency
Analyze current methods and procedures, recommending and leading implementation of improved operating procedures
Lead, communicate, train, and hold accountable internal customers, external customers, and vendors to support the highest customer service while maintaining sound business practices and cost management
Review and recommend equipment provisions, preparing cost justifications as required
Design and prepare statistical reports for measuring projects, processes, productivity, and efficiency
Conduct special projects as requested
Standardize operation SOPs, workflows, and productivity across multiple projects, creating scorecards, SOPs, and centralized documentation storage to enable easy access and future capability development; update documents as new methods are discovered
Lead change management when implementing new concepts to internal operations, 3PL, or plant partners
Develop training tools for all new ways of conducting business
Formalize and use a standard project template for effective internal and external communication
Partner with the internal Warehouse capabilities team to provide consistent data, usage, and performance at all RDC sites
Act as a distribution operations resource or liaison across functions, providing new ideas, policies, or procedures to improve quality, cost, and service
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook, planning all aspects of operations to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost
Serve as lead point of contact for Logistics program implementations, managing quality and timing of rollouts and providing necessary process and system training
Manage operational processes including change management pertaining to new technology, training related to Warehouse Playbook updates, and enabling future capability development
Evaluate and measure actual cost results to plan, recommending changes as needed to accomplish goals and objectives
Continually evaluate operational processes and programs, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and better support of process users, and facilitating continuous improvement projects
Establish accountabilities and processes to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Solid background in supply chain operations with 6+ years of professional experience, including P&L responsibility for budgets exceeding $20M
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required; Master Black Belt a plus - with proven deployment of Lean principles in distribution and warehousing environments
Extensive experience in data gathering, analysis, and design/preparation of statistical reports
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and strategic skills
Project management experience with proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels, including senior management and external partners
Drive for results with a proactive, dynamic approach, identifying areas where business change is required
Third-party logistics relationship engagement history a plus
Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) is a plus

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience required
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required
Master Black Belt a plus

Work schedule:
Primarily flexible, with core availability aligned to business needs and the demands of operational support, which may include occasional extended hours or varied schedules to accommodate operations and events.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
