The Opportunity
A growing low-voltage services company is hiring entry-level technicians to join our team in Charleston. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the tech or construction industry and build hands-on experience.
You'll work alongside experienced team members on large commercial projects-learning how to install cabling, support Wi-Fi systems, and keep essential facilities running smoothly.
If you're reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working with your hands, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Learn & Do
(No advanced experience needed-we'll train you!)
Assist with pulling and installing network cables (CAT5/CAT6, some fiber)
Help mount and replace Wi-Fi access points
Learn basic cable termination (patch panels, jacks)
Read simple blueprints and layouts (training provided)
Support installation teams in active environments like schools and hospitals
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
? What We're Looking For
Entry-Level Friendly Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience (construction, electrical, or tech exposure is helpful but not required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to job sites
Comfortable working on your feet and using basic tools
Positive attitude and professionalism in customer environments
Nice to Have (but not required):
Basic knowledge of tools or cabling
Interest in IT, networking, or construction trades
Schedule & Travel
Full-time hours (40+ per week)
Typically Monday-Friday (some 4-day workweeks available)
Occasional evening work for hospital projects
Mostly local work in the Charleston area with limited regional travel

This is a Contract position based out of North Charleston, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
