Warehouse Inventory Associate

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular counts of physical inventory, including cycle counts and full inventory audits

Verify stock quantities against system records and investigate discrepancies

Accurately enter inventory data into computer systems or warehouse management software

Update inventory records in real time to reflect receipts, transfers, and shipments

Assist with receiving shipments by checking quantities and recording incoming goods

Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions and adjustments

Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve inventory issues

Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory control and accuracy

Operate basic office and warehouse equipment, such as scanners and computers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently

Good organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
