The Business Informatics Shared Services (BISS) Team is focused on optimizing the execution, investments, strategy, application experience, project delivery, and governance between the corporate technology and business teams, primarily in support of enterprise Finance. The BISS team has extensive and broad enterprise data experience that is frequently engaged to support efforts outside of Finance.
Position Summary:
The Technology Implementation Lead is responsible for gathering and documenting business system and functional requirements, influencing system design to optimize support, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various Finance business areas, IT, and Service Fund teams to coordinate the implementation of design and requirements, oversee testing, ensure operational readiness, and facilitate a smooth transition to production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technology solutions.
Influence and support system design to ensure alignment with business needs and optimal supportability.
Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Service Fund teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate implementation activities, including testing, operational readiness, and handoff to production support.
Apply strong accounting and financial understanding to project work.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Provide project leadership and guidance to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience
Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including setup, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
Proficiency in IT business analysis, including development of artifacts, architecture, and design documentation
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide consultation within complex environments
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Service Fund, IT, and Finance teams
Solid knowledge and/or experience in accounting and finance
Advanced proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages
Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid
Experience in data architecture and solution architecture
Experience with project work, requirement design, and testing
Experience with both production support and project-based work
Significant experience collaborating with IT teams
Bonus/Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
Experience supporting Service Operations (claims, billing & enrollment, etc.)
Expertise in health insurance operations
Experience with value-based provider arrangements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Experience in corporate finance

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
