Job Title: Concrete Lead (TRAVELLING ROLE!)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Lead to lead residential and/or commercial concrete projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This position requires hands-on leadership, quality workmanship, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential and commercial job sites

Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure productivity and quality

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications

Ensure proper forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete

Operate and oversee the use of concrete tools and equipment

Requirements

3-4 years of hands-on concrete experience (residential or commercial)

Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placement

Ability to manage and motivate a crew

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week

Work Environment

Travelling to surrounding states by Iowa, some projects are in Iowa as well

Stayin gin a hotel that is paid for Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
