Practical Information

Location: Poland | Reports to: Sales Director SMC & SMB Market | Work Arrangement: Remote | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language Requirements: Fluent level of Polish at a professional level and English communicative.

As Operational Reporting & Partner Channel Support , you will keep Partner Channel operations running reliably by owning core operational workflows and maintaining accurate sales activity data. In this role, you will ensure consistent reporting and billing across the SMC and ENT segments, helping reduce errors, delays, and rework, enabling sales and presales teams to focus on driving customer and partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support to sales management and Partner Channel teams

Manage invoicing, project analysis, and customer analysis activities previously supported by external resources

Manage license allocation and administration to ensure operational continuity

Prepare and maintain recurring monthly and quarterly sales and operational reports

Maintain sales activity information supporting sales performance metrics and process improvement

Support resolution of operational escalations by working with customers, accounting, and internal support teams

What we need to see from you

Business and customer process, procedure, and sales support knowledge gained through formal training or work experience

Experience working within established operational procedures and defined processes

Ability to support sales operations through accurate data handling, reporting, and administrative execution

Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality and process consistency

Comfort coordinating with sales teams, customers, accounting, and internal support functions to resolve operational issues
