What You Will Do:
As the Senior Manager, GTF Repair Contracts & Commercial Strategy, you will serve as P&W's primary interface during GTF Repair Sourcing activities and be accountable for both strategy and execution aligned to growing AMO's repair business through successful bid awards. The successful candidate will not only manage efficient execution of actions required to secure awards, but play a critical role in helping inform long-term product placement across our global repair units.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all GTF repair bidding activities for engine part repairs from RFI through to award. This includes:
Support bid package development and pricing strategy with respective repair units.
Lead all negotiations and proposal alignment efforts
Manage transaction workflow and record keeping using SAP/ERP tools.
Champion contractual terms aligned to AMO strategic objectives
Establish long-term unit bidding strategy aligned to operational capability, footprint optimization, and business objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with aftermarket supply chain, industrialization, SIOP, finance, program to influence value-add outcomes for AMO repair units.
Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline activities and stakeholder collaboration.
Champion AMO strategic interests as the business unit's representative on P&W's Mature Commercial Engines Repair Council.
Manage collection, analysis and strategic improvements related to annual customer feedback on AMO unit performance.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Advanced Degree and 7+ years of experience in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Aerospace Aftermarket; OR Bachelor's degree 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Aerospace Aftermarket MRO experience
Strategic sourcing or procurement experience
Experience with P&W Procurement Systems and Standard Work
Strong business acumen
Experience managing RFQs / RFIs
Experience in reading and interpreting contractual language
Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and/or customers
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and SAP with a focus on purchasing/related document flow
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills-cross functionally and up to executive level

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
