What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hospitality location.

Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or unusual activity in accordance with site guidelines.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to hotel management and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Answer questions, provide directions, and support a welcoming lobby presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions at the front desk area.

Complete required reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or location representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
