As a Security Officer - Full Time in Muscatine, IA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork in a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity according to site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or policy violations.

Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and information, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and/or observations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
