About the team:
The Spark Driver Experience Data Analytics team delivers actionable insights to support Walmart LMD by leveraging advanced data management, analysis, and visualization techniques. Utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, the team ensures data quality and develops comprehensive reports and dashboards. Collaborating with stakeholders, they translate complex data into clear business solutions that drive informed strategies and continuous improvement. This team plays a vital role in optimizing processes and supporting data-driven decisions aligned with Walmart's operational goals, contributing to enhanced business outcomes and an improved driver experience.
What you'll do:
Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring alignment with data quality standards and business requirements.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, and validation to maintain high data integrity for analysis.
Develop and apply statistical models and exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using appropriate analytical methods and tools.
Design and deliver clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data insights and recommend actionable business strategies.
Monitor and manage data quality, accessibility, and governance in accordance with enterprise standards.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau for advanced data visualization and dashboard creation.
Expertise in statistical methods and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Understanding of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture principles.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
Proven skills in managing large datasets and applying big data analytics to support business decision-making.
Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly to stakeholders and influence business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
