Description

TEKsystems's client is seeking a Tier 1, Entry-level help desk analyst to support their Service Desk team. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting Tier 1 software/hardware escalations, working directly with end-users while providing excellent customer service.

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (30 minute unpaid lunch break - 37.5 Hour work week)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
