Job Title: Warehouse Worker (3rd Shift)
Job Description
This role supports high-volume warehouse operations by picking bottle orders, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing wine and liquor products for shipment during 3rd shift. You will handle frequent heavy lifting, work in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure orders are accurately staged and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities
Pick bottles and cases of wine and liquor throughout the warehouse according to order requirements.
Assist drivers by loading and unloading wine and liquor on and off trucks at the warehouse.
Move bottles and cases to designated areas and prepare products for shipment.
Physically lift and handle cases of wine and liquor weighing approximately 35-55 pounds, and up to 50-65 pounds on a consistent basis.
Stock cases onto warehouse shelves and maintain organized storage areas.
Pack customer orders accurately and securely to prevent damage during transit.
Perform general warehousing tasks including order picking, inventory replenishment, loading and unloading trucks, and basic maintenance duties.
Use RF scanners or similar equipment to assist with order picking, inventory tracking, and shipping and receiving activities.
Support shipping and receiving functions, including verifying, staging, and organizing incoming and outgoing product.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, even in a busy and cluttered environment, and follow all safety procedures.
Work consistent 12-hour shifts during peak periods and maintain reliable attendance.
Adapt to schedule changes as operations transition from extended shifts back to standard 8-10 hour shifts.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of general labor experience, ideally in a warehouse setting.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-65 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the shift.
Experience with general labor tasks such as order picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
Demonstrated reliability and a proven attendance record in previous positions.
Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts, particularly on 3rd shift.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with order picking and packaging in a warehouse or production environment.
Experience in inventory, warehouse inventory control, or general production work.
Familiarity with RF scanners for picking, inventory, and shipping and receiving activities.
Experience in shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks.
Ability to perform warehouse packing and general warehouse duties.
Comfort working around moving mechanical parts and in areas with higher noise levels.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including extended hours during peak seasons.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse environment organized with rows of liquor and wine products. The role requires working 3rd shift with extended 12-hour shifts during busy periods, including training from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., followed by a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. schedule while demand remains high. As workload normalizes, shifts will transition to approximately 8-10 hours, with a standard schedule that includes Sunday through Thursday operations. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
