Salary: $35.00 per hour (CONTRACT for 6-8 months)
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday

What's a typical day as Human Resources Coordinator? You'll be:
Providing administrative assistant support to the Head of North America HR, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling expense reporting, and correspondence.
Coordinating and planning team events, workshops, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee records and HR documentation.
Assisting with onboarding logistics, maintaining the annual HR calendar, and managing all regional HR communications.
Drafting, formatting, and proofreading HR-related documents and preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.
Supporting HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement, wellness, and process improvements while tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Scheduling and conducting exit interviews, compiling feedback, and ensuring proper offboarding documentation.
Assisting employees with HR program plan inquiries and enrollment, coordinating with benefits providers, and facilitating onboarding of new HR vendors in SAP.
Liaising with Finance and Procurement for vendor-related issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Bring at least 2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Are familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Are available to work a hybrid schedule and are open to occasional overtime as required.
