About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Analytics Product Owner (Operations) to build and evolve our Operations Finance reporting and performance management ecosystem.
This is a builder role focused on creating scalable, automated analytics solutions that improve visibility into manufacturing and supply chain performance. You will design and develop the tools, data models, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities that support faster and more consistent decision-making across the organization.
You will partner with Data Engineering for data pipelines, while remaining personally accountable for building and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions end-to-end.
This role is on-site at the Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN office at least three days per week.
Flexibility for hybrid or remote arrangements may be available for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Build and own the Operations Finance analytics ecosystem, including reporting tools, dashboards, and scalable data models
Design and develop standardized reporting solutions that provide visibility into plant performance, product profitability, and supply chain costs
Establish plant scorecards and performance management frameworks that enable consistent measurement across sites, regions, and functions
Lead the transformation of reporting processes by replacing manual workflows with automated and scalable solutions
Leverage AI-enabled analytics capabilities to improve insight generation, automate reporting activities, and enhance performance visibility
Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and adoption of standardized reporting
Translate business needs into actionable, data-driven insights that improve operational and financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain FP&A, or Finance Analytics
Or, advanced degree and 2+ years in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain FP&A, or Finance Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience personally building reporting or analytics solutions end-to-end
Experience with modern analytics and data tools, including:
Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Data transformation tools (e.g., PowerQuery)
Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, SQL environments)
Experience leveraging automation or AI-enabled capabilities to improve reporting, analytics, or decision support processes is a plus
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain finance, including costing, variances, logistics, and product profitability

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$85,600 - $128,400
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
