In-Home Sales Representative - Fort Myers, FL

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is a leader in bath remodeling, delivering stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance solutions to homeowners. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated sales professionals to join us.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified leads and help homeowners design and purchase bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs. This is an outside sales role using innovative technology to present and close sales in the home.

What We Offer

Pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no cold calling)

Uncapped commission structure

Typical earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system

Design customized bath solutions for homeowners

Provide accurate pricing and close sales on-site

Attend weekly training and coaching sessions

Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous in-home sales experience preferred

Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a strong plus

Comfortable presenting and closing sales in a home environment

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
