Motion Analysis Center (MAC) Physical Therapist (PT)

The Motion Analysis Center Physical Therapist provides specialized pediatric evaluation and motion analysis services, including direct patient care and family education. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the PT designs individualized treatment plans based on referrals from licensed practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Conducts interdisciplinary team meetings to review findings, interpretations, and treatment recommendations.

Collaboration: Works closely with the physicians and local leaders to provide patient-centered care.

Professional Mentorship: Mentors and educates residents, students, and other healthcare professionals.

Compliance & Development: Maintains current knowledge of clinical scope, coding/billing practices, and research to ensure compliant documentation and professional growth

The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients to support their development, recovery, and overall well-being. This role includes evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The therapist works with children facing a variety of challenges, including physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree in physical therapy.

Required Credentials

Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist. BLS.

Preferred

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Experience in hospital based pediatric physical therapy.

Compensation Range

$46.96 - $70.43 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
