Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: 14550, 28th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN, 55447

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm

Pay rate: USD $ 23 h

Contract: Temp to hire

Summary:

The Sales Process Associate is an individual contributor who provides essential support to sales, sales management, and customers by ensuring data is managed accurately and facilitating sales activities. This hybrid role requires flexibility to report to the Plymouth office and work remotely.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform entry-level sales process tasks, meeting established performance metrics

Facilitate new customer setup and gather documentation (vendor forms, W9s, certificates of insurance, etc.)

Support customer sales efforts, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues

Distribute customer communications after sales and installations; assist in resolving requests and problems, providing customized responses as needed

Review, edit, organize, and manage proposal documents, specifications, and supporting materials using internal platforms

Support SAP part number processes, and may assist with account mapping and order entry

Assist with account management tasks, update CRM data as directed, and generate/monitor reports

Review, submit, and track job packages; process RMA (return merchandise authorization) requests

Execute other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of applicable work experience

Associate's degree with demonstrated capability in similar work

Knowledge & Experience:

Strong communication skills with the ability to share information effectively across departments

Competence in understanding and executing entry-level organizational tasks with guidance

Basic understanding of business and sales concepts

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP)

Basic knowledge of lean principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
