Job Title: 2nd Shift Shipping/Receiving Clerk - MSI Video Receiving (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Job Description
This role supports the MSI Video Receiving department on a mid-shift schedule, focusing on accurate receiving, handling, and preparation of boxes and materials. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled, metal-free facility, performing physical tasks such as lifting, taping, folding, and kitting while maintaining organized records and entering data into basic computer programs. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of commitment to the assigned work schedule, especially during peak periods.
Responsibilities
Receive, handle, and process incoming boxes and materials for the MSI Video Receiving department.
Lift, move, and position boxes weighing up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
Tape, fold, and prepare boxes for processing, storage, or shipment according to established procedures.
Perform kitting activities by assembling components and materials into complete kits as required.
Enter data accurately into basic computer programs to maintain up-to-date records of received items and processed materials.
Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory, received goods, and processed orders.
Work autonomously while following established processes and guidelines to complete tasks on time.
Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail in all tasks to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and workloads.
Comply with facility rules for a metal-free environment and adhere to all safety and operational policies.
Follow the assigned mid-shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and remain fully committed to attendance expectations.
Support peak operational periods, including the month of December and possible weekend work, to help meet customer performance metrics.
Communicate clearly in English with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and schedules.
Essential Skills

Basic computer systems are used for data entry and recordkeeping, and training is provided in English. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
