Kelly® is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II to work at a premier manufacturing client in Plainville, MA .
Pay Rate: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on shift
Shifts: Flex 12 rotating: 1st shift 7am-7pm & Night shift 6:45pm-7:15am

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Associate II? You'll be:
Executing work instructions and applying job skills to complete assignments within manufacturing suites (spending 90% of your time in these environments)
Achieving full training status and assisting in training new staff
Maintaining accurate inventory records and batch documentation, inspecting finished products for adherence to specifications
Assisting with batch record reconciliation, preventative maintenance tasks, and Nonconformance/CAPA closures
Adhering to Quality Management Systems and company policies, including safety, GDP, and cleanroom gowning procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while communicating items requiring escalation to senior operators or management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field (required)
Possess technical expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, principles, and processes, with a strong understanding of GMP and safety standards
Are proficient in learning new software and tools, and can balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to review operational documents for GMP compliance
Can safely perform activities to prevent releases, accidents, and injuries, including aseptic or sterile gowning as needed
Meet physical requirements, including vision, computer use, PPE, and ability to work with hazardous materials and marked temperature changes
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
