Performance & Continuous Improvement
Track key performance indicators, including service levels, plan adherence, and backorder status
Support root cause analysis for service disruptions and planning gaps
Contribute to improvements in planning processes, tools, and reporting
Promote strong execution discipline and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management
Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or related field
Additional relevant certifications in supply chain, logistics, or quality management a plus
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools (Kinaxis, O9, Logility)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PPI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Experience with inventory management and material planning
Strong customer service orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience implementing change management initiatives and process improvements
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $83,300.00-$115,000.00.
