About the Role:
The Manager, Supply Finance is a key finance business partner for PVH's Supply Chain and Global Operations organization, (i) managing the Corporate Supply budget and forecasting process and accounting close, (ii) supporting the reporting and monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs across the end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics and distribution operations, and (iii) evolving the Supply finance function over time to provide analysis and data that provides meaningful visibility and inputs into the regional forecasts and budgets.
In this role, the manager will partner and collaborate with teams globally, including:
Supply and Operation leadership team, including but not limited to logistics, warehouse and distribution leaders, and respective regional Finance and HR partners
Supply Global Product Kitchens and Brand Finance leaders in Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger
Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal teams.
What You'll Do:
Manage the (i) monthly, quarterly and year-end close and forecasting processes, (ii) semi-annual budgets and (iii) annual strategic plan for Supply Chain and Global Operations organization.
Partner with and guide the Supply Chain and Global Operations teams through the forecasting and budget cycles, providing guidance and direction, driving targets to achieve expected outcomes, challenging assumptions, and ensuring financial plans are robust and realistic.
Provide analysis to facilitate reviews with the VP Supply Finance, Corporate FP&A, GOH&CSCO, and CFO and support strategic decision-making, including (i) bridge analysis vs prior forecast and LY, (ii) cost analysis by functional area, dept and/or category of spend that highlights business drivers of variances and helps tell the story of the numbers, and (iii) identification, tracking and reporting of risks and opportunities.
Manage all aspects of forecasting, accounting and reporting for Supply Chain and Global Operations projects, including development of upfront forecasts to support business cases, alignment with Corporate Accounting team on accounting matters, and timely reviews of expense and capital spend reporting with the project leads.
Manage accounting close activities, including reconciliations of payroll and balance sheet accounts, posting of journal entries, allocations/direct charges to the regions, and below the line adjustments for legal entity/tax reporting purposes.
Maintain Supply Global Transfer Pricing model and liaise with Corporate Tax and Supply regional finance team for quarterly billing and year-end true up
Consolidate and report PVH Supply and operation value metrics supporting PVH+ plan
Participate in Cost Management Initiatives via Reorganizations, Consolidations, Restructurings, Expense Control.
Ensure compliance and proper application of PVH accounting policies.
Provide support on Supply Chain transformation and other finance initiatives.
Maintain and execute adequate internal controls and update Sarbanes-Oxley control narratives as needed.
Support internal and external audit and external reporting (10-K) requests.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
6+ years of experience, including in financial planning & analysis; corporate accounting/reporting experience; capital vs expense analysis and return on investment analysis.
Experience working in a global company is required.
Education:
Minimum four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
Skills:
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across multiple functions.
Proactive and self-motivated individual that challenges the status-quo.

Proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge and experience working with SAP general ledger and SAP Analytics Cloud (or similar system) and advanced Excel knowledge.

Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
