Sr. ISC Operations Manager

As a Senior ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and leading our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing processes and making strategic decisions, you enhance efficiency, cut costs, and align strategies with business goals. Your focus on risk mitigation and technology integration ensures a resilient and competitive edge. Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement.

Manage and develop a manufacturing team, including staffing, training, performance management, and clear communication of expectations.

Ensure strict compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements, using standard work, audits, and corrective actions as needed.

Analyze production data (OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput) to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support lean initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in production operations including 3+ years in a leadership role

Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. Experience as a leader of leaders a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position in Washington is $159,000 - $199,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
