Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Oxford, AL

Pay Range: $14.50/hour starting pay, with opportunities to earn up to $15.50/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (or as scheduled)

What's the Job?

Operate Put-Up and VAPS machinery according to established procedures

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output

Inspect products throughout the production process for quality and accuracy

Load materials and supplies into machines safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic mechanical aptitude and physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
