Job Description
This role supports the construction of a large warehouse project by performing a wide range of tasks on the job site. You will assist the trades with day to day activities, handle materials, maintain a clean and safe job site, and operate basic hand and power tools to help ensure efficient and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job site conditions in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment around the site.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, sweeping, and debris removal.
Support skilled trades, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other craft workers, as needed.
Set up and take down temporary structures, barriers, and signage to support daily operations.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently for a variety of construction tasks.
Assist with site preparation activities, including grading, layout support, and basic civil construction tasks.
Monitor and restock supplies and materials to maintain continuous workflow on the job site.
Follow all safety procedures, use proper protective equipment, and promptly report hazards or incidents.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining good safety habits and productivity.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project completion and schedule adherence.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in commercial construction or a related field, including residential construction, roofing, landscaping, site construction, building maintenance, civil construction, or solar construction.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
Experience using basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safe work practices.
Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials handling.
Understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA-related safety expectations.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a consistent attendance record.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically demanding construction environment.

Work Environment
This role is based on an outdoor commercial construction site with exposure to varying weather conditions throughout the year. The setting is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of early mornings, extended hours, or occasional weekend work depending on project needs. You will work around heavy equipment, construction materials, and active trades, using hand and power tools while following established safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
