Our Site Operations Supervisor is accountable for:

Proven ability to coordinate and empower teams while building customer relationships.

Efficient in working with all management levels and solving complex problems.

Proficient at adapting to evolving business needs and priorities, with strong attention to detail.

Skilled at communicating with temporary workers, customer leads, account services staff, and other partners.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Seeking minimum of 5 years of employee management or Employee relations experience required

Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of operational professionals

Proficiency in optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Experience in identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing improvements

Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, superiors, and cross-functional teams

Attention to detail to ensure operational processes are executed accurately and in compliance with standards

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 5:00am - 1:30pm

Base compensation range for this position is $61,575 - $82,100 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
