Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication within the department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lake City, MN

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: Dayshift Hours, 2-3 month assignment

What's the Job?

Process Bills of Lading and Customer Pickup requests efficiently and accurately

Maintain safety and office supplies to support daily operations

Communicate via email with customers, distributing invoices and PODs, and following up on outstanding issues

Enter invoice information into customer portals with precision

Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned to support team goals

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and accuracy
