Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Job Prepper, where you will play a crucial role in refurbishing power distribution equipment, significantly supporting the data center industry. You will be responsible for preparing parts to be painted, involving tasks such as grinding, sanding, and washing.

Responsibilities

Prepare parts to be painted by grinding, sanding, and washing.

Support the refurbishment of power distribution equipment.

Ensure parts are ready for the painting process by performing necessary prep work.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in sanding, grinding, and washing techniques.

Experience in paint preparation and working in an industrial production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Background in construction or job shop work is beneficial due to the physical nature of the role.

Work Environment

Work in a facility that values safety and cleanliness. While the building is not climate-controlled, an AC unit is brought in during the summer months to ensure comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Livingston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
