About the Role
We are hiring Low Voltage Technicians and Helper Techs to support the installation and maintenance of technology infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals looking to start or grow a career in low-voltage, IT, or structured cabling.
No advanced experience required-just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work with tools and technology.
What You'll Do
Assist with running and installing network cabling (Cat5/6, fiber)
Help mount and install equipment such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, TVs, and speakers
Support basic setup of security systems, audio/visual equipment, and phone systems
Pull, label, and organize cables according to project plans
Work alongside experienced technicians on job sites
Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts (training provided)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions and learn installation standards
What You'll Work With
Cabling systems and network racks
Cameras, access control panels, and alarm systems
Conference room technology and displays
Wireless access points and basic networking hardware
? Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools (drill, screwdriver, etc.)
Willingness to work on construction sites or in active buildings
Comfortable standing, lifting, climbing ladders, and working with hands
Strong attendance and reliability
Good attitude and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
