Job Title: Production Team Member (Paid Training + Growth Opportunities!)

What You'll Do

Operate production equipment and machinery with full training provided

Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet high-quality standards

Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and production-ready

Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects

Work collaboratively to hit daily production goals

What You Bring

No prior experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks

Capable of lifting up to 30-50 lbs when needed

Basic math and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus Points (Not Required)

Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience

Experience in fast-paced or team-driven environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.19 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
