Job Title: Construction Project Manager / Data Center Project CoordinatorJob Description
This role oversees and coordinates the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects within data center environments, with a strong focus on project execution support, scheduling, documentation control, and stakeholder communication. You will support data center construction and delivery teams by tracking project activities, organizing documentation, and ensuring alignment across engineering, commissioning, and construction stakeholders to meet schedule, quality, safety, and compliance goals.
Responsibilities
Support construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are clearly tracked and completed on time.
Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal cross-functional discussions to maintain consistent project progress.
Assist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support timely and accurate project delivery.
Participate in weekly construction Campus/Metro meetings to review progress, identify risks, and align on next steps.
Oversee project repositories such as SharePoint or equivalent tools to ensure clear organization, retrieval, and version control of project documentation across all phases.
Maintain, track, and archive all required project documentation, including drawings, logs, compliance documents, engineering reports, and turnover packages.
Actively participate in project site safety efforts, including daily site reviews for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) observations, and assist with coordination of EHS-related documentation.
Track project constraints and risks, escalate delays or issues to appropriate stakeholders, and help initiate acceleration programs when critical path tasks are at risk.
Assist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, including coordinating documentation required for commissioning managers and contractors.
Provide accurate project progress data, key performance indicator (KPI) metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management, reporting, and decision-making.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Ensure high standards of documentation accuracy and attention to detail to support audits, compliance, and project closeout.
Essential Skills
5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or data center environments.
5 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
Strong organization and multitasking capability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with project tracking tools, including Excel, Microsoft Project, and dashboard-based reporting tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively across different teams and disciplines.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
High attention to detail and strong commitment to documentation accuracy.
Ability to meet customer and government security screening requirements, including successfully passing a cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of data center environments, including power, cooling, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Familiarity with construction delivery or commissioning processes in complex technical facilities.
Experience working within cloud operations, data center delivery, or similar high-availability infrastructure environments is beneficial.
Comfort working with structured documentation repositories such as SharePoint or similar platforms.
No specific degrees or certifications are required; equivalent experience in construction, engineering, or data center project coordination is acceptable.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based at a data center campus in the Wenatchee area, working approximately 40 hours per week on a standard full-time schedule. You will work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams in an active construction and data center environment that emphasizes safety, compliance, and reliability. The position uses modern project management and collaboration tools, including Excel, Microsoft Project, dashboards, and document repositories such as SharePoint. You will use a laptop, docking station, and headphones to support virtual and in-person coordination. The environment includes frequent meetings, site walks, and interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards, and security screening requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $97.00/hr.
