Job Title: Entry-Level Network Technician

Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite - Warehouse Environment)

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Must Have Requirements:

CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (or currently studying for one)

Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DHCP, routers/switches)

Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment

Willing to help with general warehouse work when needed

Overview:

We're hiring an entry-level Network Technician to support device setup and basic network tasks in a warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT-no prior professional experience required, just solid foundational knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.

This company focuses on workspace technology and office solutions, including IT infrastructure, AV systems, and device deployment for large corporate environments. You'll get hands-on exposure to real equipment and setups used in the field. Experience with Cisco equipment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Configure and set up laptops and devices for deployment (basic imaging and setup)

Connect devices to the network and verify connectivity

Troubleshoot basic network issues (connectivity, IP issues, etc.)

Assist with staging, organizing, and tracking equipment in the warehouse

Jump in to help with general warehouse tasks when things are slow

Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

Comfortable working with computers and basic IT tasks

Strong work ethic and reliability

Willing to learn and take direction

Able to be on your feet and handle light lifting

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Cisco equipment or basic configuration

Any hands-on practice (school labs, home lab, cert training)

Experience in warehouse or staging environments

This is a Contract position based out of North Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
