Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, shipping, and packaging. The position involves performing cycle counts, managing inventory and labeling, and working at the shipping station to prepare and process outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate combines hands-on warehouse experience with strong computer skills, accuracy in data entry, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
Handle inventory tasks including receiving, organizing, and tracking stock within the warehouse.
Label products, packages, and storage locations clearly and accurately according to established procedures.
Work at the shipping station to prepare, package, and process shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
Use RF scanners to scan, track, and update inventory and shipment information.
Complete data entry and basic reporting related to inventory, shipping, and warehouse activities using computer systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
Use a pallet jack to move, stage, and position materials and products as needed.
Follow established warehouse procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
Demonstrated experience performing warehouse duties such as cycle counts, inventory management, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
Proficiency using RF scanners for inventory and shipping processes.
Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate data entry and basic reporting.
High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling, inventory records, and shipment processing.
Experience using a pallet jack to safely move materials within a warehouse environment.
Consistent job tenure with at least 3-5 years of employment at each previous company, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfort working with warehouse technology and systems to support inventory and shipping operations.
Ability to follow established processes and adapt to changing priorities in a warehouse setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support daily workflow.
No forklift certification required; role focuses on pallet jack use and general warehouse tasks.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
