Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in consumer marketing (e.g., Partner Marketing).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects from strategy to execution.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the video/mobile games industry.
Experience crafting marketing strategies using quantitative/qualitative insights, proactively identifying partner goals and challenges to recommend programs that deliver win-win outcomes.
Marketing experience with game or app developers, such as direct partnership on joint marketing campaigns that ultimately drive business outcomes.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage simultaneous complex projects across multiple internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, and ability to connect with various audiences externally and internally.
Excellent strategic thinking and investigative skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing priorities, and driving results in a fast-moving environment.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with global app and game partners to develop high-impact, integrated go-to-market strategies. Your mission is to weave partner titles into Play's flagship marketing programs and execute comprehensive GTM plans, leveraging social owned and operated, media campaigns, and strategic co-marketing partnerships to drive mutual growth for Play and our developer ecosystem.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Drive co-marketing partnerships with leading game and app developers, integrating their most important titles and roadmap moments into Play's strategy, and driving measurable business growth and brand value for Play and our partners.
Support the execution of GTM campaigns, coordinating across agencies and collaborating cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver high impact activations. Partner with regional and local marketing teams to communicate marketing goals and objectives and ensure global co-marketing campaign alignment.
Lead Developer Marketing Fund (DMF) programs, overseeing creative development, asset reviews, campaign reporting, and continuous communication with developer partners.
Manage Play social program for developer partners, prioritizing moments for support and working closely with social team to develop content.
Dive into campaign performance and user insights, use data to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and directly influence developer participation in our biggest marketing moments.
