Description

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from website inquiries, publications, and direct outreach

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone inquiries

Prepare and provide accurate product/service quotes based on customer needs

Enter customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy

Review, pull, and process purchase orders

Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed

Perform order follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve order or service issues

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
