We're seeking a Supply Chain Account Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting Pratt & Whitney engine programs through proactive supplier management and delivery assurance. This role is an excellent start/transition into supply chain and offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and strong career growth potential across the organization.
As a Supply Chain Account Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier performance aligns with program requirements, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You Will Do
Drive on-time delivery performance by proactively managing supplier commitments and expediting material as needed.
Support day-to-day procurement execution and delivery assurance activities for Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery risks and constraints.
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness to program needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and operations.
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development and standardization of processes.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Supply Chain, procurement, supplier management, or related operations experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Experience developing or improving standardized processes

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
