Our client, a leader in office support and administrative services, is seeking a dedicated part Time Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be an essential part of the Office/Administration team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a positive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Pay Range: $22-$23

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

Order and manage office supplies and special requests for individual employees

Coordinate and track safety meetings, including attendance and follow-up

Manage conference room scheduling and facility requests to ensure smooth operations

Support onboarding processes for new employees, including equipment and workspace setup

Assist with expense reports, document proofreading, and communication management

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in office equipment and basic software tools

Flexibility to work 16-24 hours per week over 2-3 days in-office
