As an Oncology Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be selling GE HealthCare's PET Imaging Agent (Cerianna). This is a wing-to-wing, multi-faceted Account Manager role that has multiple call points and strategic priorities. Call points will primarily focus on PET Imaging Centers, PET technologists, Radiology Management, Radiologists, and Supply Chain. In addition, the role will help support driving demand and call on Medical Oncologists and Breast Surgeons to provide information and education on Cerianna, reimbursement resources, etc. to drive demand for the product into Imaging Centers. Third, a critical call point are pharmacy partners who manufacture the product and in-field collaboration to drive new business.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Developing and executing on a multi-faceted territory plan that includes partnering with hospitals / imaging centers to offer imaging services to utilize Cerianna.
Position Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer and properly position in the breast cancer patient care pathway.
Identify the top referring health care providers, foster relationships, and appropriately impact the decision-making criteria to help increase awareness about Cerianna.
Be a trusted advisor to imaging centers and referrers to help unlock opportunities to access Cerianna and remove barriers to ordering Cerianna.
Collaborate with reimbursement market access support teams to optimize payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners to meet the customer's product delivery goals and expectations.
Pre-call planning and in-call questioning to understand customer needs, craft solutions and drive utilization.
Monitor territory plan performance and results, collaborate on next action steps with cross-functional partners.
Virtual selling and cold calling to new and existing targets.
Providing pricing strategy, price negotiation and contract management, and ensuring pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit weekly progress reports.
Representing the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote our products and company.
Have a deep understanding of the Imaging Center / Hospital department goals, needs, workflow, financial expectations, etc. around PET imaging.
Coordinate with the Strategic Account Managers on broader health care system strategies to drive demand and remove barriers to access Cerianna.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or valid and current certification through the NMTCB or AART
3+ years sales experience or relevant experience in a medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical or Life Sciences field
Experience selling into hospitals, contracting, and supply chain or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Proven track record of sales success, developing, organizing and implementing sales plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competitive through proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales and negotiations or relevant experience in a healthcare organization leading successful adoption of new ideas, programs, or initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives while operating in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Demonstrated communication skills, analytical skills and Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry acumen
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, people, and time management skills
Must be willing to reside in the territory
Must be willing and able to do 50% overnight travel.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $128,000.00-$192,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
