Apply quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products.

Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.

Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts product quality test, performs statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

Possess a continuous improvement mindset through involvement in product, process, and surveillance audit/assessment activities, complete Hardware Quality Audits (HQAs) and Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) Walk Downs, Work audit findings to root cause and implement corrective and preventative measures, etc.

Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.

Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventative action.

Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability and/or supplier performance and productivity.

Evaluate quality systems for deficiencies identification and recommend correction actions.

Investigates and works non-conformance issues through root cause/corrective action.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in and Engineering discipline (Electrical, Industrial, Computer, Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, etc.)

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

Manufacturing experience in Circuit Card Assembly, Wiring Harnesses, and/or Printed Wiring Boards.

Problem Solving/ Root cause analysis

Six Sigma Green Belt certification

SAP experience.

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
