As an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.

Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and associate interactions, and report suspicious behavior, theft-related concerns, and/or operational issues according to post instructions.

Support closing and opening activities, access control practices, and/or crowd management needs while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
