Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join their team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including the safe handling of materials, inventory accuracy, and timely order processing. Job Title: 2nd and 3rd shift Forklift Operators

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Available schedules: 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00 PM or 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

*Must have perfect attendance first 90 days

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently

Transport products to and from designated areas within the facility

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues promptly

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment

What's Needed?

Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred)

Ability to work consistently during 2nd or 3rd shifts

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation to and from work
